Our Core Programming

Our training philosophy centers on hybrid fitness: blending strength, endurance, and raw power to build a resilient, capable athlete. Whether you want to lift heavier, run longer, or move better in daily life, our classes balance these demands.

Our Classes

BUILD THE BASE

Foundation Strength

We focus on the fundamentals—squats, hinges, presses, and carries—that form the foundation of your fitness. Prioritize proper mechanics, time under tension, and progressive overload to build dense, functional muscle, protect your joints from injury, and improve your performance—the ideal approach for athletes of all levels.

MONDAY

AM 5:15, 6:30, 9:30

PM 12:30, 5:30, 6:30

THE SWEET SPOT

Hybrid Threshold

This is the heart of our methodology. This class sits where strength and endurance meet. We combine heavy lifting and high-intensity conditioning to teach your body to perform under fatigue. You will learn to maintain structural form while your heart rate climbs, bridging your lifting ability and cardiovascular engine.

THURSDAY

AM 5:15, 6:30, 9:30

PM 12:30, 5:30, 6:30

FUEL THE FIRE

Aerobic Capacity Engine

True hybrid fitness requires a gas tank that won't quit. This class uses steady-state and interval aerobic work to improve VO2 max and recovery rate. With rowing, cycling, running, and rhythmic calisthenics, you will learn to manage breathing and output, making high-intensity efforts feel easier and recovery times shorter.

TUESDAY

AM 5:15, 6:30, 9:30

PM 12:30, 5:30, 6:30

STRENGTH WITH SPEED

Upper Body Power

This class emphasizes explosive pushing and pulling movements along the kinetic chain from the hips through the fingertips. We use lifting variations, plyometrics, and functional movements to develop upper-body mass and power, to help you feel as capable as you are strong.

FRIDAY

AM 5:15, 6:30, 9:30

PM 12:30, 5:30

POWER FROM BEHIND

Posterior Chain

The posterior chain includes the hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and lats. This session develops explosive hip extension and posterior stability through deadlift variations, kettlebell swings, lunges, and accessory work, building the muscles that help you run faster, jump higher, and lift heavier.

WEDNESDAY

AM 5:15, 6:30, 9:30

PM 12:30, 5:30, 6:30

STRONGER TOGETHER

Team/Partner Work

Push past mental barriers with a partner. These sessions are designed to foster community, communication, and accountability, using partner-based circuits and relay workouts that require teamwork. You will find yourself working harder than you would alone, fueled by the group's energy and the shared goal of the workout.
